SELF-SANITIZATION AGAINST BACTERIA AND FUNGI
Lever indexing plungers
Elesa lever indexing plunger consist of a threaded body made of different high quality materials including black-oxide steel, stainless steel, and SUPER technopolymer along with a black-oxide hardened end to improve performance in locking operations.
Lever indexing plungers can be used when rapid retraction of the piston is required. The body is available in a range of thread sizes and different dimensions to meet most of the mechanical industry needs. The lever can be in black-oxide steel, stainless steel, and technopolymer. The SUPER-technopolymer version offers lightness combined with high mechanical resistance. This state-of-the-art material is resistant to corrosion and continuous washing cycles even with solvents and detergents. This makes the use of these positioning elements ideal in markets such as food or pharmaceutical, alongside the stainless steel version. Also available in the range is series of positioning components with a safety device, used when it is necessary to prevent an accidental movement of the piston tip.
