SELF-SANITIZATION AGAINST BACTERIA AND FUNGI
Indexing plungers
Elesa indexing plungers consist of a threaded body with or without knob made of different high quality materials including black-oxide steel, stainless steel, and SUPER-technopolymer along with a black-oxide hardened end to improve performance in locking operations.
Some indexing plungers allow the stop position of the tip to be retracted by turning the knob. The body is available in a range of thread sizes and different dimensions to meet most of the mechanical industry needs. The knob can be a black technopolymer or a red technopolymer to differentiate function or used as a visual safety mechanism. The SUPER-technopolymer version of the positioning elements offers lightness combined with high mechanical resistance. This state-of-the-art material is resistant to corrosion and continuous washing cycles even with solvents and detergents. This makes the use of these positioning elements ideal in markets such as food or pharmaceutical, alongside the stainless steel version. Also available in the range is series of positioning components with a safety device, used when it is necessary to prevent an accidental movement of the piston tip.
