Delivery information

We ship to all areas within Canada in collaboration with reputable couriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.*

Alternatively, you or your designated courier can pick up your goods from our warehouse by selecting the "Collect Freight" option during the purchasing process.

Delivery times

With our standard service, "Express Carrier", normal deliveries for in-stock items take 2-5 days from receipt of the order.

If you select the "Collect Freight" option, our offices will inform you when your goods are ready for pick-up.

You can check stock availability on the product page by adding the item to your cart.

Partial shipments or preferred future shipping dates can be requested during the purchasing process.

Delivery costs

The "Customer Freight" option is free of charge.

Extra-dimensions items

Some items may fall outside the normal handling requirements of courier services due to their total weight or size and may require special handling or shipping. In these cases, our sales office will inform you of any additional carriage costs that may apply.
