SELF-SANITISATION AGAINST BACTERIA AND FUNGI
Latch clamps
Compatible for use within a whole host of industrial applications, our range of latch clamps has been designed with differing specifications to meet your operational needs.
They are ideal for uses that require high clamping forces and repetitive movements to lock components quickly and safely. As with all Elesa products, our clamps are made using high quality production materials such as:
- Steel
- Stainless steel
- Polyurethane
By using galvanised and welded steel we have produced a catalogue of reliable standard components that guarantee high mechanical resistance.
One of our bestselling products is our MTC clamp which is made with zinc-plated steel. These clamps allow for the tight closure of components, while the special grease used to lubricate articulated joints ensures the long-lasting performance of these versatile elements.
Within our range we host clamps that feature a safety device for additional peace of mind when using with equipment and applications with strong vibration stresses. In these cases and when other clamps are used, such strong vibrations can cause accidental opening of the lever. Our focus on user protection means that Elesa toggle latches can be opened at the press of a button. This disengages the safety device and allows the control lever to be operated. To assist efficient operation, all of the hooking and unhooking operations of these models can be carried out using only one hand as the eyelet follows the lever in its movement.
When designing and producing our standard components, we recognise that varying specifications are required for different purposes. We are proud to include a heavy duty toggle latch range that are ideal for when a stronger component is required. Our MTL, MTP, and MTS clamps are manufactured using high mechanical resistance materials, making them suitable for use with high resistant torque.
You will also find within the Elesa latch clamps range a number of U-shaped pulling hooks suitable for use with hook clamps. Available in zinc-plated steel or stainless steel, these components provide various fastening solutions for pulling hook clamps.
