Elesa has developed a series of collaborations with numerous local high schools in the various areas (both technical and high school), which have allowed, in the last school year alone, the inclusion of 15 students in some company departments.
Thanks to this training path, young people have the opportunity to learn the main company processes and test the theoretical knowledge acquired at school.
