The jury recognized the unique design of the three-arm handwheel VB.839, born from the ideal superposition of two triangles rotated by an 8° angle. The particular ergonomic shape allows a more direct application of the tightening torque by the operator, resulting in maximum comfort and safety in tightening operations. Polyamide-based technopolymer core, with chemically bonded PA coating, with semi-gloss surface finish. The cap in Elecolors colors allows perfect matching and aesthetic integration with our customers' machines, increasing the perceived aesthetic value.
The handwheel with torque limiter VTD (ELESA Patent) is used when the tightening torque applied must not exceed a certain value. The shape with three light lobes adapts perfectly to the operator's hand: the special flaring of the lateral surface increases ergonomics and allows a safe and comfortable grip, maximizing manual effort. Inside the handwheel there is a system that allows to limit the applied tightening torque, preserving the support surface.
