Anti vibration mounts

Anti vibration mounts

Made using high-quality rubber and stainless steel, our anti-vibration mounts are simple components that perform important functions. These cost-efficient elements are brilliant at functions such as:

  • dampening vibrations
  • reducing noise
  • absorbing shock in the workplace.

Our vibration damping elements are particularly suited to protect electrical panels from vibrations such as wall-mounted vibrating equipment, support pipes or equipment applied to a ceiling, machine tools, presses for moulding plastic materials, shock machines, alongside many more uses.

Reducing vibration in work environments is important, as these preventable shudders and trembles can disrupt machine operation and cause noise pollution, malfunctioning and reduction of the machine lifespan and that of surrounding machines, and damage to the health of operators.

In our selection of flange mounts are variations with an oval or square base. These buffers are composed of two metallic elements that are joined together by a rubber anti-vibration body. The products within the DVE series are ideal for use in applications with rotary machines that do not present big dynamic imbalances, where elasticity is required both vertically and transversely. Such applications include operating compressors, fans, vibrating feeders, rotary pumps, and electric motors.

Also in our range are flange mounts that are suitable for wall or ceiling mounting. Used in combination with DVI vibration-damping elements to protect the electrical panel from surrounding vibrations, these mounts are particularly suitable for supporting fans or other wall-mounted vibrating equipment.

For applications that require isolation of strong vibrations, our double-acting rubber and steel flange mounts are the perfect component. They are particularly suitable for use with machine tools, presses for moulding plastics materials, special machines and shock absorption.

Our catalogue features a range of Elesa anti-vibration mounts for use across any sector. Alongside these you will find stainless steel cushions for the use of vibration isolation in compression. Available with either plain pass-through hole or smooth-pass through hole for countersunk-head screws, these metal cushions are particularly suitable for use with thrusters, electromechanical equipment, industrial refrigerants, pipe supports, flooring, and train carriage panelling.
