  • 1.1 Can I buy directly from Elesa?

    Yes, You can purchase from us using the following methods:

  • 1.2 Who can place orders on the Elesa website?

    Anyone may purchase from the website by registering with MyElesa to access the online shop, you can either register for a MyElesa account or continue as a guest.

    Purchasing online offers several advantages:

    • The ability to place orders 24 hours a day
    • Reduced shipping costs and access to priority shipping
    • Immediate access to prices and delivery times
    • A personal MyElesa area with order history and related documentation for registered users
  • 1.3 Is there a minimum billing value to purchase directly from Elesa?

    No, there is no minimum billing value purchasing via E-commerce.

  • 1.4 Do you sell over the counter?

    Sorry, we do not sell over the counter, but from our offices in Lincolnshire we ship throughout UK and most areas have overnight options.

  • 1.5 Who can I contact to get support in buying an Elesa product?

  • 1.6 How can I place an order online?

    Simply add products to the basket and proceed to checkout.

    You have the option to checkout as a guest or register for a MyElesa profile, which will give you access to your order history, related documentation, and lists of your favorite products. If you are already a customer, you can link your account to MyElesa to apply any existing discounts

  • 1.7 Where can I find your sales conditions?

    For online purchases, the sales conditions are available here.

    For purchases via traditional channels here.

  • 1.8 Do you have an agreement with the shippers to whom you entrust my order?

    Our primary courier is UPS who have a proven record of timely and accurate deliveries. Please refer to the "Delivery Information" section for rates and other conditions. For further details e-mail sales@elesa.co.uk or call our Sales Office.

  • 1.9 What are your delivery times?

    The availability times for each item code are specified on our website.

    For items marked as "On Stock," normal deliveries take 2-3 days from the receipt of the order.

    Next day deliveries are only applicable to orders received before 14:00, provided the items are marked as “On Stock” on the website.

    If you wish to have your order shipped on a specific date, please indicate your preference during the purchase process. If the delivery time is not provided or if you have any questions, please contact sales@elesa.co.uk.

  • 1.10 Is it possible to pay by credit card?

    You can pay by credit card either by buying online or by buying through the more traditional sales channels.

  • 1.11 What are the payment methods for purchases made from the site?

    Payment can be credit card, PayPal account or bank transfer. Existing customers with their client code linked to their MyElesa profile may have the additional option of a credit account.

  • 1.12 How can I request that my client code be associated with my MyElesa profile?

    If you are already a customer with Elesa then you can request that your existing customer code be associated with your MyElesa profile. This will allow you to view any existing sales conditions or discount levels associated with your company.

    To do this, access the MyElesa section and fill in the dedicated form to request the linking of your client code with your MyElesa profile.

    Additionally, you can find a helpful tutorial in the "Media" section under the "Video-Tutorial" section.

  • 1.13 Is it possible to register multiple shipping addresses for a single account?

    Yes, you can create multiple shipping addresses and select the appropriate one at the time of order.

  • 1.14 Is it possible to receive an invoice electronically?

    Elesa invoices are sent to the email address on your account.

    It is also possible to download the electronic invoice in .pdf format from your MyElesa area.

  • 1.15 Are there tutorials related to the online shop?

    Yes, in the "Media" area in the "Video-Tutorial" section.

2. MY ELESA AND PERSONAL DATA

  • 2.1 What are the advantages of registering with MyElesa?

    The MyElesa area allows you to access all the functions available on the site, the main ones being:

    • Making purchases online
    • Viewing historical quotation requests and orders placed on the site
    • Accessing your commercial conditions
    • Using the "Share cart" functionality
    • Saving products to your Favourites list
  • 2.2 I would like to register at MyElesa, how should I proceed?

    It is quick and easy, click on the MyElesa button on the homepage and follow the instructions.

    To complete your registration, you need to activate the account by clicking on the link in the activation email sent to you.

  • 2.3 I have not received a confirmation e-mail of my registration to MyElesa

    Please ensure that your email inbox is not full and that your email server has not blocked the incoming message.

    Our system automatically sends a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you entered an incorrect email address, the confirmation email will not be received.

    If you encounter any issues, please contact Sales at sales@elesa.co.uk or call 01526 322670 with your username and they can activate the account for you.

  • 2.4 How can I retrieve my credentials to access MyElesa?

    It is possible to reset the password and retrieve your user name by following the procedure within the access area. In case of problems please contact Sales sales@elesa.co.uk or call 01526 322670.

  • 2.5 How to change my billing information?

    If you have a registered account linked to your company's customer code, please send an email to our Sales office at sales@elesa.co.uk with the following information to update your billing details:

    • User name
    • Customer code
    • New billing address

    You will receive a confirmation email once the changes have been made on the website.

3. CONTENTS OF THE WEBSITE AND MISCELLANEOUS

  • 3.1 Where can I find new products?

    All new products are highlighted with a "NEW" label on their images. Additionally, customers can easily find all new products by clicking on the "New Products" button on the home page banner.

  • 3.2 How can I ask to be called back by Sales Office?

    Enter your details in the contact form located in the "Contacts" menu at the top of each page.

  • 3.3 I need a CAD drawing. Where can I find it?

    2D and 3D CAD drawings are available for all prodcuts in many formats.

    To access CAD Download service, you can click on the "CAD 3D" icon on the product pages.

    • If you have a MyElesa account the requested drawing file will be saved directly on your PC or you will receive it by email.
    • If you do not have a MyElesa account, you can ask to receive it by email.

  • 3.4 I have not received the email with the design file I requested.

    Please ensure that your email inbox is not full or that the email server has not blocked the incoming message.

    Check that the email with the attached file has not been moved to your Junk folder.

    Some IT departments block the receipt of emails with certain types of attachments if they do not recognise the sender, so it may be worth consulting with your IT department.

  • 3.5 Is it possible to request a catalogue?

    The catalogue is available, free of charge, from the "Catalogue request" menu. You can order the Elesa catalogues you want and receive them directly at the address you indicate in the request form and in the language of your choice.

  • 3.10 How can I request a quotation?

    If you are registered with MyElesa, and have an enquiry exceeding £2000, you can request a dedicated quotation, please click on "Request Quotation" button in the cart page and your request will be forwarded to our Sales Department.

  • 3.11 I have identified the product I was looking for, but I would like to customise it. Is it possible and are there minimum purchase quantities?

    For sufficient quantities our products can be modified to meet your requirements, such as special colors or with customized logos, trademarks and lettering or metal inserts in materials other than the standard or according to the customer's design.

  • 3.12 The product I am looking for is no longer present in the Product Catalogue. Is there a new product that replaces it?

    For some discontinued products, we can offer alternative replacement products. In the "Download" area, you will find a section dedicated to obsolete products and their replacement references.

  • 3.13 Where can I find the technical data sheets of the products no longer present in the new Catalogue?

    Visit the "Download" menu, under "Obsolete product sheets" you will find the technical data sheets of obsolete products.

  • 3.14 I can't find what I'm looking for. Who can I contact?

  • 3.15 I need technical support. Who can I contact?
