Springs and bars
The Elesa range of polyurethane springs and bars serves as load dampers or forming elements, particularly in processes like drawing, sheet metal deformation, and ejector systems. Available in three hardness levels (80, 90, and 92 Shore A) and with diameters ranging from 16 to 63 mm, they offer high axial load resistance and prevent sudden breakage under overload conditions.
These components feature excellent elasticity combined with medium-high hardness and mechanical strength for both compression and tension. Additionally, they are resistant to chemical agents such as acids, greases, and oils.
Perforated bars, available in lengths of 250 and 500 mm, can be used as rollers for conveyor belts or pipes. By cutting or turning the polyurethane bars, you can create springs for moulds, bushings, and shock absorbers. The perforated springs are a reliable alternative to traditional metal springs.
