Elesa (UK) Ltd welcomes Alex Jackson as Managing Director Designate

Elesa UK Ltd is delighted to welcome Alex Jackson on board as Managing Director Designate. Alex joins us from British Sugar, where he was Engineering Manager for the Newark and Bardney factories, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of engineering activities at two very challenging factories. Before that, Alex held the position of Managing Director for Advanced Valve Solutions, an engineering consultancy and Valve Supply business. With this extensive experience and knowledge, Alex will help support the continued growth of the company and bring new ideas, which come from a different background and industry.

Alex will be working alongside current Managing Director, Nigel Pritchett, going through a detailed handover process to ensure the expansive knowledge from Nigel’s time in Elesa is passed on, this will continue until the end of the year, when Nigel will step down as Managing Director and Alex will take over, this will allow Nigel to take up a different role within the business until he later retires.
