Elesa Handles with pneumatic valve

EBR-PN bridge handles with pneumatic valve in glass-fibre reinforce polyamide based technopolymer are composed of light-blue technopolymer push button and technopolymer screw-covers in grey-black colour, removable by a screwdriver.

Features of pneumatic valve handle

The handle allows the direct drive of a single-acting pneumatic actuator or double acting.

Single-acting execution: the valve 3/2 can be normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). The actuation of the button can either stop or open the air passage accordingly. Double-acting execution: valve 5/2, the actuation of the button switches the output channel of the air.

The force to be applied to the button for the actuation of the drive is independent from the operating pressure.

They allow maximum flexibility for pneumatic circuits which have operating pressures between 2 and 10 bar. Pressure chamber discharge function included.

EBR-PN handle can be assembled with EBR neutral bridge handle without push button and without valve.

RH-FG18-P3 and RH-FG18-P5 handles built with anodised aluminium central tube and technopolymer handle shanks.

The handles allow the direct control of a single-acting pneumatic actuator (3/2 valve) with one or two independent controls; or of one or two double-acting pneumatic actuators (5/2 valve). All handles are supplied complete with quick couplings for direct connection to a Ø 4 mm tube. Pressure chamber discharge function included.

RH-FG18-P3 valves are available in the normally open or normally closed settings. The switching action of the push button depends on the valve settings.

Pneumatic handles can be assembled with single complementary handle without push button and without valve RHVM-02.
